7. Payment Terms
7.1 Fees and Pricing
Service fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change. Current pricing is:
- Cooperative and Credit Union Literacy: RM 1,350
- Peer-to-Peer Lending Awareness: RM 3,500
- Financial Scenario Planning: RM 8,500
7.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer or other methods specified during registration. Full payment is required before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellation at least 7 days before the first session: Full refund
- Cancellation 3-6 days before the first session: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before or after the first session: No refund
If we cancel a service, you will receive a full refund or may transfer to a future session.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 Educational Purpose
Our services are for educational purposes only. Information provided should not be construed as financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsements of specific financial products or service providers.
8.2 No Guarantees
